Do I also need STCW and an ENG1 medical?

Most entry-level professional yacht crew require recognised basic safety training and an appropriate seafarer medical. Confirm the current requirements for your intended role, vessel and flag state. Neptune does not currently provide STCW or ENG1 medical examinations.

Will these courses guarantee me a superyacht job?

No qualification can guarantee employment. Certificates support your application, but employers also consider practical ability, attitude, presentation, experience and professionalism.
